Computer can’t connect to network despite multiple attempts at restarting computer, modem, etc.

Since a few weeks ago, my computer hasn't been able to connect to the network, but other devices are able to, so I've been trying to get help from family to see if we can fix it, but nothing seems to have worked

Here's everything we've tried so far:

-Turning off the computer and turning it back on

-Restarting the modem

-Getting a new network

-Uninstalling the network adapter and restarting the computer

-Updating Windows

-Flushing the DNS Cache

I could be missing something obvious or just doing something wrong, but nothing seems to have changed, so I'm seeking help

-Processor: AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 8 Core Processor, 3600 Mhz

-Motherboard: ASRock B550AM Gaming
