Bluetooth interference issue

So, I moved into my newly constructed home this july, installed a home network:

AIRTEL >ASUS (DHCP + occasionall VPN) > TP LINK POE SWITCH > 4 EAP115(2.4Ghz wall routers poe) + 1 EAP235(5Ghz wall router with 3 ethernet outs for pc and laptop) = Wifi in each room split into 2 floors;

In my particular bedroom I have the EAP 115 installed which is a 2.4 Ghz wall Access point, for the past few months I have been facing major internet issues in this particular room that involves jittery video playback across all video streaming sites, been trying all the fixes for soo long (chat gpt and claude), nothing worked, and the internet ping used to be above 150ms, this issue however does not occur on laptops and my other phone – S23, but only on the S24 Ultra, so I randomly switched off the bluetooth on this phone and got tremendous results! As shown in second screenshot gateway ping is lower than 15ms and internet ping is under 30 most of the times, the issue is – I can't keep bluetooth off; I use my buds 3 pro to watch the very videos I stream on this phone – the same issue does not occur on 5Ghz router or wall AP, which is in the next room, but I cant move it to my bedroom because it has 3 ethernet out ports that I need no matter what in that room only for my laptop and pc, what can be done to overcome this bluetooth issue? Turned off background bluetooth scanning already. What do I do?
