Help. Data center interview for team lead with no work experience

As stated in the title I don't have any actual work experience in the tech field yet as I just graduated with a bachelors in cloud and network engineering. I do how ever have minimal experience managing people in one of my positions where I managed a gym. In this position I would be managing a team of 8 people in a data center called "Novva" and I don't know how to prep for the interview. It's this Thursday. The guy interviewing me is a family acquaintance and seems genuinely interested in me, but I'm sure I still need to come off as competent in order to get the job. What should I do to prep? What kind of questions are typically asked for a roll like this? Also here is a my resume.
