Can’t access GameStop app, keeps telling me to turn off VPN?

So I was about to check the GameStop app and see if there's a disc version of Alien Fireteam Elite with the DLC and then I got this. I use Quad9's DNS over TLS and VPNs sometimes but haven't used the app the last few months. So when I saw that I turned my private DNS off and cleared the app data and it's still giving me this. I have a normal Motorola it isn't rooted or modded or anything. Not sure why I can't access the app
