Adguard breaks reddit page style

Title: Reddit page layout breaks (full-width, no margins) with AdGuard for Mac enabled, possibly since v2.20

Body:

Hi all,

On AdGuard for Mac (standalone), I've had a layout problem on reddit.com since about a week ago. The content column stretches across the whole window with no side margins. It used to be a centered, fixed-width column.

  • Disabling AdGuard and refreshing brings the normal layout back. With AdGuard protection on, the wide layout returns.
  • I suspect it started after updating to v2.20, but I'm not certain, since Reddit has also been changing its layout recently.
  • Setup: AdGuard for Mac v[version], macOS [version], Chrome [version]. Filters enabled: [list your main filters, e.g. Base, Tracking Protection, HaGeZi Pro DNS filter, Stealth mode].

What the filtering log shows after reloading Reddit:

  • No CSS or HTML requests from reddit.com or redditstatic.com were blocked.
  • DNS filter "HaGeZi's Pro" blocked w3-reporting.reddit.com (rule ||w3-reporting.reddit.com^).
  • Tracking Protection removed a hidden pixel, id.rlcdn.com/472486.gif (rule ||rlcdn.com^$third-party).
  • Stealth mode handled the Reddit websocket (gql-realtime.reddit.com).

None of these look like they should change the page layout, so I'm not sure what is causing it.

Questions:

  1. Is anyone else seeing this on Reddit with AdGuard for Mac, and has anyone found a cause or fix?
  2. Did anything change in v2.20 that could affect Reddit's layout (a filter, Stealth mode or script changes)?
  3. Is there a way to find which rule or setting is responsible, beyond the filtering log?

I'd rather not disable AdGuard on Reddit entirely, because of the ads. Screenshots (layout with and without AdGuard, and the filtering log) are attached. Thanks!

Replace the bracketed version and filter details before posting, and attach the screenshots. Check your actual version number too, so the v2.20 claim is accurate.
