I have been told by a boss that we will be using a company softphone on our personal work laptops. So far Zoom, and their remote desktop setup works fine using a residential static IP – but I am worried the software application may leak my actual IP address? I am not sure if the exact softphone that will be used, but I am concerned about WebRTC leaking my actual IP. They did mention they can "see whether we are using Ethernet or Wi-Fi" on the back end and already warned us we must use Ethernet, so I am wondering what other information they will be able to get.
Ps. I am using my Wireguard/AmneziaWG profile with DNS tunneling enabled
Please advise!
