I’m on 12.40 FW and I can’t access the payloads menu

I restarted my PS5 three times and went out of guide menu and in again, cleared the website data and deleted cookies as well. and every time I jailbreak the process goes normally until it reaches the end and it appears to be stuck but when I go back it shows me that jailbreak is successful. until I try to choose payloads and it's stuck on the green matrix screen without anything showing up. I've attached two pictures of my issue to make it more clear.

Is there something I'm missing or what can I do? I'm using 45.56.67.85 DNS.
