[Hiring] Digital Marketing Specialist (WordPress, SEO & Social Media) – Medellín, in person, part-time 20+ hrs/week, English B2/C1

We're a US company helping small and medium-sized businesses get found, look credible, and convert through SEO, content, websites, and social media. We're looking for an experienced, self-driven specialist to work directly alongside our founder in Medellín, someone who can take ownership of the work and get things done without constant direction. This is an in-person role, not remote.

**Website**

– Build, update, and maintain WordPress websites

– Technical audits, site speed fixes, broken links

– Hosting and domain/DNS management

**SEO**

– On-page optimization and basic technical SEO

– Fast, hands-on SEO audits and clear client-ready reports

– Google Analytics and Search Console

– Track results and recommend practical improvements

– AEO/GEO (SEO for AI search) experience is a big plus

**Content**

– Publish and manage website content, blog posts, and landing pages

– Blog posts using Claude/ChatGPT (edited to sound human, not AI-generated)

**Social Media & GBP**

– Manage social media content and posting schedules

– Maintain and optimize Google Business Profiles

– Create professional graphics (Canva or similar) and edit short videos and reels

**You should have**

– Demonstrated, hands-on experience with WordPress and digital marketing

– The ability to work fast and independently. You know what to do without being told step by step

– Daily use of Claude/ChatGPT in your workflow

– Comfort and professionalism on client video calls

– Good organization, attention to detail, and reliable follow-through

– Strong English communication and writing skills (B2/C1). Interviews are conducted in English

– Availability to work in person in Medellín at least 20 hours per week
