Serious question here and more so confused and disappointed associate.
Why are we selling Palo Santo and Sage bundles that do not have proper information on where the origins of both practices come from, the sources of both products and how significant of a practice they both are to the ones who genuinely participate in it?
Palo Santo is a closed practice in South America that my family cherishes very much so it was really upsetting to see it brought onto the floor without seemingly further thought. Even a pamphlet in the packaging would go a long way. The same goes with sage smudge sticks and being careful of what kind of sage is being used because white sage for example is over harvested and should be avoided.
