Galaxy S26 Ultra: after replacing the motherboard and updating to One UI 9, Max, Disney+, and Crunchyroll no longer play videos; Crunchyroll displays error EXO-1004. Prime Video started working again after I reinstalled it from the Galaxy Store. Netflix and YouTube work, but Netflix detects Widevine L3, whereas DRM Info shows Widevine L1, with the System ID present and Play Protect certification enabled. The phone is not rooted. I have already tried reinstalling the apps, clearing data and cache, disabling DNS/AdGuard, and testing both Wi-Fi and mobile data.
Has anyone experienced anything similar?
