I recently bought an iPhone and thought about setting up my Govee lights in the iPhone Home App. My lights are a bit older so I connected them using Homebridge plugins. It was working fine but it kept disconnecting. I tried everything, changed the mDNS settings on Homebridge to Ciao, changed my wifi settings so my 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz encryptions are PSKs, and it keeps disconnecting.
I am thinking that the main issue is that the Govee app keeps trying to connect to the 5GHz wifi. And then causes it to break.
How do I stop it from doing that? Any advice is welcome.
