LG TV Not Getting to Internet on VLAN

An older LG (UJ6470 LR) TV cannot get out to the Internet from the VLAN but a Win11 laptop has no problems. I've tried a bunch of minor changes on the VLAN, but the TV is not happy.

Why does the PC get out, but the TV doesn't?

I set up a "Video" tagged VLAN (VLAN14) for just the two LG TV that we have in the house. There is no WiFi and both TV are RJ45 connected to an ES206X-M2 switch which is then connected to a MikroTik switch and then to an ER7206.

The ER7206 is the DHCP server for this VLAN. The ES206X-M2 has VLAN14 tagged on ports 1-6 and the PVID of ports 1-5 as "14" (native) and the PVID of port 6 is 1 (port 6 is the uplink to the MikroTik).

When a Windows 11 is plugged into any of the ES206X-M2 ports 1-5, it gets the correct IP DHCP details (10.10.14.2, 255.255.255.240, Def GW 10.10.14.1, DNS 8.8.8.8) and it has no problems getting to anything I've tried on the Internet (FTP, nslookup, HTTP, HTTPS, ntp – etc).

With the LG TV plugged into ports 1-5, it shows all the same DHCP details as the PC, but its little icon for connectivity shows it is not getting to the DNS server. There is no "ping" in the TV (that I know of).

There is no change with both the TV and the PC plugged into the ES206X-M2 at the same time. The PC gets out and the TV stalls.

On the ER7206, I've tried no default domain, no primary or secondary DNS (it uses 10.10.14.1). I've tried using Quad9 and both Google DNS. The TV shows the connect network details, but sill fails to reach a DNS server.

The VLAN is configured with "Network Isolation" and "Normal" (not "Bridged").

Again – there is no WiFi involved with this. The VLAN never connects to any EAP and it is only defined through the switches as an 802.1q tagged VLAN.

There is no point ragging me about LG TVs, but anything helpful would be nice.
