First of all, I have a PS5 Fat running firmware 12.40. I had never dealt with jailbreaking before, so I’m still unfamiliar with many aspects of it.

I followed Modded Warfare’s relevant videos and managed to jailbreak my PS5. I’m using the method that redirects directly to the Relapse page through the 45.56.67.85 DNS setting (the other DNS method didn’t work for me).

For the first 3–4 days, everything was very stable. It only crashed twice. I also repeatedly shut down and restarted the console just to test it, and the jailbreak worked perfectly every time.

However, for the last 3 days, I’ve been experiencing a lot of freezes and restarts. I would say my success rate is now around 25–30%.

The crashes happen in many different situations: while playing a game, browsing the main menu, performing the jailbreak, while Payload Manager is automatically installing, when waking the console from Rest Mode, etc.

I’ve tried removing and reinstalling all the jailbreak-related applications several times. I even created local user accounts and tried jailbreaking through those accounts, but nothing seems to have helped.

So, compared to the first few days, the system has become extremely unstable.

Does anyone know of a possible solution to this issue, or has there been any recent update or change that I might have missed?
