There's something fishy going on with this casino. Too many red flags for me to even consider playing there again. I would advise against playing here, but if you decide to, be very, very careful. I played through one of their ND bonuses, made the obligatory $10 "verification" deposit via crypto, and was able to cash out the $50 max for that particular bonus.
The good: They pay*. eventually.
The bad:
I knew something was up from the very beginning. The first red flag is the fact that it was EXTREMELY EASY to clear the wagering requirements. It's like I couldn't lose. I played several slots and it's like they were all paying very well. Almost like they were rigged — in my favor. I've played at dozens of online casinos since the mid-90s and I've seen the shadiest of them all. When I see something like this, it's usually to draw you in, thinking the games will pay like that all the time. SPOILER: they don't.
The next red flag is that the games will reload themselves — at random — for no reason. This happens all the time, like every 5-10 minutes (estimate) but not like clockwork. That's the only random part to it. This happens no matter which browser you use, as I experienced the same thing happening on both Firefox and Chrome across many sessions.
Payouts:
Once I finished the WR I requested a withdrawal. I didn't know anything about their KYC process, so I requested it and waited for an email requesting documentation.
…an email that never came.
So I logged back in and saw they canceled it on their end. There wasn't anything in my transaction history showing that I requested a withdrawal, let alone them canceling it. All I saw was the $50 was returned to my balance. Keep in mind it took 2 days for them to do this, with no communication whatsoever.
Long story short I jumped into chat and got the email from an agent(which I believe to be an AI chatbot) that gave me a list of documents they needed and an email to send them to.
I sent them. A few days later I get an email back saying my selfie was "too blurry." I took another and sent it off. Same thing. Eventually, they accepted it… I requested another payout, and received my $50 via LTC within a day.
The ugly:
Aside from the games continuously reloading for no reason, the main reason I will never deposit at this casino is the fact that there IS ZERO COMMUNICATION FROM THEM.
You'll never get a response to support emails, no matter how many you send. They will spam your inbox with bonus offers, but that's the only thing you will get from them via email. No autoresponse, nothing. Nada. Zilch. And they're not ending up in spam or trash folders, either.
They do respond to chat requests, but believe me when I say that I'm nearly convinced that I was talking to an AI bot every time.
EDIT: ANOTHER HUGEEEEEEEEEEEE RED FLAG IS THE FACT THAT THEIR DOMAIN NAME WAS ONLY REGISTERED IN APRIL 2026. BE EXTREMELY CAUTIOUS.
I could always be wrong, but there's very little information about this casino that I could find. So either their marketing team sucks, or they're a fly-by-night casino.
