“Failed to load app or game”

I had a 12.0 console from eBay. Jailbroke and had no issues really.

Got a new 11.40 console. Returned the 12.0.

Have it setup the same way and now tons of games say "Failed to load app or game" on stuff that was working before.

Examples : 007, Halo, etc

Running Klite stuff, NanoDNS, ShadowMountPlus as my primary payloads (all newest versions) with webkit autoloader on PS5 Digital Slim version off 14TB external ExFAT drive, and a couple smaller SSDs.

Am I doing something wrong? Or is this a backport issue? Not sure what I need to do to fix it. Any tips appreciated
