Anyone else having site certificate (SSL TSL) issues?

I've tried on every browser, and even disabled (os level in control panel) TSL 1.0, 2.0 and 3.0 and SSL and yet, I still can not reach the site. I've no issues reaching the other sites SteamRip, Dodi, FitGirl etc. It's only anker, and everything I've gathered so far, it's the site using old certificates but as of this morning, it was a nonissue. Now (for the last hour and half ish) it is. So is anyone else having the same issue?

I've also cleared all cache, changed DNS, used WARP and all three browsers (Chrome, FireFox and Brave). Fully uninstalled and reinstalled FireFox, but still not working. Anyone else have the same issue and found the work around or a proper certificate, please let me know where to import it from.

(you'll know because you'll see the error message "ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR" in your browser when you try to visit the site)
