How to bypass DNS Settings disabled by Stormfiber router.

Hi So I have stormfiber but I am not able to change the DNS servers because the input fields are disabled.

I tried enabling with scripts but applying doesn't save the settings. Its back to empty fields on refresh. Is there any way to change dns settings.
