Every time I start playing with friends online, my ping spikes like crazy and I start having packet loss

Every single time I either play COD, EA FC, Rocket League, any multiplayer game I try, happens every time, and my wifi goes completely down for like a minute and then comes back but with very slow speeds until it stabilizes, I've swapped modems and mesh system twice, even the coax cable connected at wall ive swapped and still have this issue, its been happening for a while now, talked with Spectrum a while back, they said there were sending a technician to take a look at it, but the guy never came, so I just dropped it.

I dont know if this is the correct subreddit to post this on, but just in case someone in here knows what could be going on.
