I'm buying a tumble-down building in France to renovate as a coliving (yes, another expensive one, probably…🙈). My 2nd time around but as this time I own it and DNs exist (we were only lifestyle designers when I did my first) I've opportunity to make it better by actually considering real needs. Can you share what you need / like, especially specifically?!
This is not about big generic or mislabelled "colivings" though I'd still love to hear opinions about them as I also look after coliving.community and thoughts with experience even if bad are at the very least interesting. If you want to debate pricing, there's this thread from the day before.
