2025 CSE grad with ML/GenAl experience but barely gettingcallbacks. What am I doing wrong?

2025 CSE grad with around 1 year of ML/GenAl experience.

I have worked on production ML inference/Finetuning, LLM/VLM deployment, RAG, model serving. Everything under my current work experience is in production. These are not POCs or demos.

But I have bombed MAANG+ OAs multiple times, including Amazon several times, and I am barely getting callbacks.

What could be wrong? Is my resume bad? Am I applying to the wrong roles? Does my experience look exaggerated or too keyword heavy? Or is my OA/DSA performance the main problem?

Would appreciate honest feedback.
