idk how DN's selection process is so random and confusing.
Those who gave interviews in first week of august got a mail stating "shortlisted for 2nd interview", this should either mean that they already got genc and are getting interviewed for genc next, or it should mean that these students are selected for further rounds.
But in reality, it was for those who underperformed? if this was the case, they why didn't they mention in the mail itself?
I got very happy when I got to know that i'm shortlisted for virtual interviews. but in reality, i was getting interviewed becoz i underperfomed? shouldn't the mail then state something like "re-eval" or "under performing students" interview?
When result of 1st interview was shared, it was for genc and genc next.
but when result of 2nd interview was shared, only genc was written.
I got selected for genc (Java FSE track) last week, and i'm very grateful for this. But idk why everything is so confusing in this hiring. Why the emails are kinda misleading.
