Street Fighter 6 matchmaking not working on Xbox Series S — error 40708-10005

Hi everyone. I'm having a matchmaking problem with Street Fighter 6 on Xbox Series S and I'm looking for some help.

The game connects to the online services normally. I can enter the Battle Hub, see other players, and interact with the hub normally.

However, I can't actually play matches:

Fighting Ground matchmaking fails with error 40708-10005.

In Battle Hub, when I sit at a cabinet against another player, the opponent doesn't properly appear in the matchmaking/versus screen.

If I disable crossplay, I get a different error: 40200-21019.

Things I've already tried:

NAT is Open.

Crossplay is enabled.

CAPCOM ID is correctly linked.

UPnP is enabled.

Changed DNS to Cloudflare (1.1.1.1 / 1.0.0.1).

Tested different network connections.

Added the TCP ports recommended by Capcom: 80, 443, 20002, 30840, 30850 and 30870.

Restarted everything multiple times, including leaving the network equipment powered off for around 10 minutes.

My Xbox already has a reserved local IP.

What's strange is that Battle Hub works perfectly, but the actual player-to-player matchmaking doesn't.

Has anyone experienced error 40708-10005 on Xbox Series S and found a solution?

I'm especially interested in hearing from people who had the exact situation where Battle Hub works but matchmaking doesn't.
