How should I interpret these results?

I actually don’t know anything about DNS, but I’m swapping my modem with Bell because I had a horrible malware attack and the modem was 10 years old so it may have been compromised or even the source of the malware since I did not remember downloading anything suspicious or clicking links and I was away when my device got infected.
I found an earlier post on how to check if your DNS is secure using dnscheck tool, how should I read these results since I know nothing about DNS.
