can yall rate my resume and tell me what i should fix

im 20 and trying to get my next IT job. i recently worked tier 1 help desk for a bank and got experience with active directory, servicenow, vpn issues, duo, lastpass, microsoft 365, windows troubleshooting, access issues, and a bunch of different applications.

I'm also in school for cybersecurity right now, and I'm trying to keep moving up from help desk into desktop support, tier 2, IAM, or cybersecurity later on.

Right now I'm applying to help desk, desktop support, IT support specialist, and similar jobs.

Just wanted some real feedback on my resume. What looks good, what looks bad, what should I change, and does my experience look good enough for me to land another IT job?

Also, would y'all interview me based off this resume?

Don't have to sugarcoat it either just trying to make it better before i keep applying.
