Origins dad had more then one woman and when he passed Sukuna was made legal guardian of his sister. Maybe he making a bindimg vow he raise as long as she doesn't disappoint him.

Like what if she mixed i mean Sukuna no prize I thought he judge her for being mixed but you never know he is a thousand years that real old school.

Now let's say she beauty on the outside but just as twisted as her brother she learned from him. And what if she gives Sukuna gift does Sukuna like gift would he find accepting making him seem weak? Like she had no ulterior motive, she just loved her brother. And would he give a gift too?

As for when she gets older let's say he cuts up her lovers. Because he has a whole test thing, anyone who can survive one hit from him can date her. Cuz their only one thing from her and he will dawned if she get taken advantage of on his watch only he gets to mess with her. And he doesn't want a weak in-law.
