Trouble Accessing Steam’s Linux Repository

So Guys, I've been trying to install Steam on My Ubuntu 26.04.01 LTS System.

My Network Settings:

DNS: 1.1.1.1, 1.0.0.1

IPv6: Disabled

And I've been having This issue Trying to Access repo.steampowered.com/steam

Google-Edge-Cache: forbidden
Error: 7
I've also tried accessing the Windows link, and it works without error.

Anyways, I did few tests with curl to see if i could make it work under different HTTP and HTTPS version but they all returned the same Forbidden error.

I've also tried using different networks, and proxies and they all do the same.

I've also Printed the IP that My DNS Resolves to and it is: 34.126.228.17

I've also tested with Google DNS and it also resolves to the same IP.

I've also Tried installing steam via apt get steam-installer, which then after running the steam command, it downloads 403 Error and throws

Warning: --icon-name is deprecated and will be removed in a future version of zenity; Treating as --icon.
