RPI/DPI not working under latest jailbreak?

I’m trying to get my download options set up for the new jailbreak. I did have Gamebato working yesterday but for some reason today it’s shit the bed and o don’t feel like fixing it. I’ve also got Fpkgi configured and working but my DL speed is capping out at around 3 meg a second so it’s really slow (my WiFi hits around 12 meg a second on all my other devices). So I thought I’d try RPI DPI again since iirc it was faster. But it’s just not working and I’m not sure if it’s me or something to do with this latest jailbreak. I put the latest DPI client on my PC and got everything configured then turned on Goldhens payload server and sent a pkg. DPI says it’s sent but it never shows up in the PS4 download queue. It just sits there and then gives me a DPI info error after around 30 seconds. I then tried installing the RPI app on the PS4 to try it that way. Same thing basically. DPI sends the file and RPI shows it in the download queue but then immediately gives me an error saying this title can’t be installed. I’ve blocked Sonys servers with the DNS but regular web access still works. Any ideas what the problem is?
