Login failing to load in Edge, Chrome, Firefox. Mobile app working fine.

I've been trying to log in to my account and have been getting the above page, regardless of the browser I use. My network connection is fine, and the link is correct – it's directly linked from Santander's home page! Any advice would be appreciated.
