I need help with HP Victus 15

I bought HP Victus 15 Ryzen 5 variant second hand with some keys like up & down arrow and fn7 keys not working ( power button hard press to on the laptop) and display patch (attached photo) .

Anyone have this display issue and also power button needs to be pressed hard to turn on the laptop.

My questions are :

* Bought it for Rs.19.5K. it is reasonable price? (I have installed my old RAM (8+8=16Gb now)

1. I need to know how much it will cost for keyboard replacement?

2. Any self fix solutions are there? anyone replaced their keyboards?

3.Considering the replacement cost of keyboard, the laptop worth the replacement? 19.5k + replacement cost

My usage is lite gaming editing, and some trading use.

I have external keyboard,but power button is embedded in the built-in keyboard is really worst design. we need to change entire keyboard if it fails.
