how do I mod my PS4 13.52 without getting a PSN ban

So I just discovered that 13.52 is getting some really good jailbreak support but the one thing I'm scared of is getting my PSN banned also I have a lot of progress on online games also i don't wanna lose it in general so how do I safely mod it? Do I just cut off Sony servers with a DNS? Or do I have to disable PSN completely from the consulate itself? any help would be appreciated
