Can Ichibei give himself the abilities of any Zanpakuto by changing the name of a part of his body or clothes? (explained further below)

Ichibei's abilities seem to have ultimate ontological control over everything in the universe, and only things from outside of the universe, or prior to the universe (like the Soul King) seem to be outside of his domain. Hence he could not simply erase Yhwach's almighty by changing the name of his eyes. Or give himself the Almighty be changing his own eyes names. It seems the Soul King is outside the realm of his control.

Ichibei behaved as if when he renamed Yhwach to a black ant that Yhwach (had his almighty not nullified it) that he truly assumed the properties of a black ant. And thus were no stronger than an ant. How far does that go? If Ichibei changed the name of his right hand to Kyoka Suigetsu, would he have the powers of KS? KS is not a Soul King fragment and is something within the world, from what we've seen of Ichibei's abilities it stands to reason he could give himself any Zanpakuto ability he wishes, if he truly has the ability to change the properties of reality itself by manipulating their true names. He could also do things like change the name of his opponents clothes to Seki Seki, and thus truncate their Reiatsu.

If this is the case, Ichibei could rename his right hand to Still Silver Arrow, his left hand to Book of the End, and his eyes to Kyoka Suigetsu. And by rename I mean give these parts of his body the True Names of all of these things, changing the properties of his body to assume their properties.

If it is possible for him to do that, I do not think it is a plothole he did not do such a thing, because his battle against Yhwach happened quickly, and what I am proposing here would be a rather out-of-the-box creative implementation of the power, and so it sensible to say he simply didn't think of these very specific ways to utilize his abilities.

But all of this depends on exactly what it is his Zanpakuto actually does. What happens when he changes a name? My reading of it in the manga, based in his behavior and words, is that it truly changes the property of anything in the world to what he wants. As for limitation I've seen some people suggest he can't influence things that have a greater reiatsu than him I can't think of anything in the manga that actually supports that argument; the only exception that seems most definite is that he can't change the name outer-worldly things like the Soul King and fragments thereof, only things of-the-world.
