- Feature requests. We read all of them, and the ones with the most upvotes get the closest look
- Honest feedback. Criticism of Snov.io stays up, we won't remove it
How to get help fast
Use the Need help flair and include:
- What you're trying to do
- What you already tried
- What happened instead
- A screenshot, if you have one (please hide emails, names and client details)
Posts with those details usually get an answer within a few hours.
Post flairs
Every post needs one. Pick the one that fits best:
- Need help: something isn't working
- Guide: a how-to you want to share
- Use case: a real campaign or setup, ideally with results
- Deliverability: anything about inbox placement
- Feature request: something you want us to build
- Feedback: what's good, bad or confusing about Snov.io
- Discussion: everything else about outbound
The short version of the rules
Stay on topic, no selling or spam, disclose if you work for a tool you mention, don't post personal data, no black-hat tactics, and be decent to each other. Full rules are in the sidebar.
