Top-of-Class Electronics Engineer (23M), 10 Months Unemployed in Bahrain, Looking for Guidance, Entry-Level Roles, or Internships

Hey everyone,
I’m posting this anonymously because the post-grad job hunt has been mentally exhausting, and I’m looking for honest advice, leads, or perspective from people working in the tech, engineering, and IT sectors here.

A bit about my background:
Education: Electronics Engineering graduate from University of Bahrain (top of class, high GPA).
Experience: Completed an internship in a major telecommunications NOC, where I actively handled and resolved 100+ networking/infrastructure tickets.
Technical Skillset: Systems logic, basic networking (IP/MAC/routing/DNS/VLANs), Python fundamentals, and AI algorithm implementation.
Citizenship / Status: Bahraini national residing in Bahrain. Fully eligible for Tamkeen / Ministry of Labour support programs.

I’ve been actively applying for 10 months now. Out of hundreds of applications across telecoms, private IT firms, and industrial companies, I have barely gotten callbacks due to the standard "2–3 years of experience" requirement on entry-level portals.
I did manage to make it to the final interview stage for a major government graduate program recently (CBB), clearing their logic assessments and paneling with their directors. Even though I wasn't selected in the end, it proved to me that my technical background and problem-solving skills are solid when given a chance.

Because I am an only child, moving abroad to Europe or the West isn't an option for me. I need to stay close to my parents and build my career in Bahrain or the Eastern Province.

What I’m looking for:
I am looking for an entry-level role, contract position, or technical internship in:
Telecom & ISP Network Operations (NOC / Tier-1 / Infrastructure Support)
Enterprise IT & FinTech Systems (Routing, Switching, Technical Support, Infrastructure Monitoring)
Industrial Automation & Control Systems
If you are a hiring manager, run an IT/engineering team, or know of small-to-midsize private firms in Bahrain that value practical technical logic, please drop a comment or send me a DM. I’d be glad to share my CV.
Thanks for taking the time to read this.
