I'm using Quad9 (dns.quad9.net) on mobile data, but my university Wi-Fi doesn't work with any Android Private DNS provider. I want Private DNS enabled on mobile data and automatically switched to Automatic when I connect to my university Wi-Fi. Is there a way to do this using Samsung Modes & Routines, Tasker, ADB, or Shizuku?
