Looking for B2B business development and sales folks for a tech product and engineering studio to help drive client acquisition for in-house SaaS products, managed IT and cloud infra (enterprise DNS, cloud setups) and custom software solutions (ERP systems, custom workflows).
There are two tracks available depending on your preference and location:
1. On-Site Full-Time (Kolkata)
– Location: Kolkata (in-person field meetings and client discovery).
– Compensation: ₹1.8 to ₹4.8 LPA fixed base (scaled according to relevant sales experience) + uncapped commissions (20% on SaaS products, 10% on custom solutions).
2. Remote (Anywhere in India)
– Work Mode: 100% remote with flexible hours.
– Compensation: Pure commission-only (uncapped): 20% on SaaS products, 10% on custom solutions.
– Experience Requirement: Prior experience is not a strict factor for remote applicants since compensation is purely performance and outcome driven.

What You Will Be Doing:
– Identify and reach out to business owners, startup founders and decision makers via cold calls, emails and direct outreach.
– Introduce the tech services and software products, run discovery calls or product walkthroughs and close deals.
– Manage outreach pipelines and follow up with leads through closing.

Requirements:
– Fluent verbal English (mandatory for consultative client calls and corporate prospects).
– Hindi fluency is a strong plus (helpful for local and pan-India cold calling).
– Familiarity with Jira (or similar agile tools) so you can quickly get up to speed with internal workflow systems.
– A relevant degree in sales, marketing or business (BBA, MBA or equivalent) is a plus, but proven drive and communication skills matter most.
