I started playing KCD 2 a few months ago; at first, the game would crash and give me the `DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_REMOVED` error. I managed to fix that, and everything was fine for a while, but a few weeks ago, a new issue started: after one or two hours—or sometimes randomly—the game freezes, locking up the entire system and making it unusable until I force a shutdown.
I’ve tried different driver versions, but none of them work, and I’m not seeing a specific error logged in Event Viewer either.
As you can see in the image, there are no entries leading up to the error; the crash happened at 2 AM.
I have a feeling it might be due to my hardware—specifically the Ryzen 5 4600G CPU, 16GB of RAM, and RX 7600 GPU—though I do have the game installed on an SSD.
