Help setting DNS Server

I'd like to change my PC's DNS server to one that blocks malware, but when I search for how both Brave and Mint's own explanation doesn't describe using the current screen or dropdown selections.

So, using the attached photos, how would I add 9.9.9.9 as the DNS server?

Which do I select?

Do I use the Additional DNS servers? Or something else?
