DNS change won’t work?

I was trying modded warfares video on my 13.52 ps4 pro, I changed the dns and opening the user guide still brings me to PlayStation and I can still start the update. I’ve made sure I’ve typed it in right like 10 times and idk what to do now lol, I’m not on a psn profile just a basic profile but other than that idk why it won’t work
