【HELP】My Kickstarter account is under review, and I don’t know how to resolve the issue.

I contact support, but the replies come from a bot.

I have made a pledge, but I am unable to contact the creator and am having trouble.

That is why I believe Kickstarter itself is a scam; however, when I conveyed this view to the bot, I received an automated reply instructing me to open a support ticket.

I wanted to open the URL to issue the tickets, but the following error occurred.
