The ISP I've used for many years which provided email is now pulling the plug on that and was my primary email address.
For some years I've owned my own domain and setup email on that but hardly used it.
Currently:
Email provider = Zoho
DNS, DMARC etc = Cloudflare
Domain host = Squarespace (used to be google)
Everything is all setup, with the various records in place, am getting clean bill of health for security, sending/receiving emails, spf, dkim, dmarc etc
Am just wondering if I should consolidate some of the above to fewer providers? eg: zoho or cloudflare can be the domain host?
My thinking is if 1 goes down then the rest will follow so does it make any difference? The only possible positive I can think of is saving some £ in consolidating.
Am not looking to leave Zoho or Cloudflare, not sure if Zoho can step into Cloudflare shoes? Or Cloudflare to replace Squarespace? I do use Cloudflare for some dynamic dns services as well.
What do you think? Would do?
