Need help in getting into cloud support

Hi Cloud engineers!

Hope you are doing well, I was initially working in call centres and recently moved to helpdesk for a pharmaceutical company ( through a contractor) in India

And I want to use my support skills to transition into cloud support engineering roles

I could've asked chatgpt ( i do alot btw) but i wanna learn from someone who has worked, is working or hires for such roles so i can learn the real nitty gritty and ensure i can clear interviews nicely
