My server appears as “Pinging…” eternally for players, even if i made sure it’s online and that the IP and Port are correct.

Hello! Me and my brother have been making a Modded Minecraft Server for a community of 5-ish players from a small Friend Group.

So: We are using the Free Plan from MCServerhost.com, since we can't really afford a paid plan and MCServerhost is basically the only free one with 4GB of RAM available, which is mandatory to run the Modpack.

So, i opened the Server in the Panel, entered the correct IP and Port, but it kept showing the "Pinging…" Label. Forever. Joining the Server in that state just caused a Neoforge error saying that the Server doesn't use Neoforge (we have installed and reinstalled Neoforge several times in both the Server and Client. We have also checked the Mods folder and all Client-and-Server Mods were installed in the exact same versions for both the Server and the Client, we checked that several times as well.)

Things we have ALREADY tried:

• Checking if the Server was truly on.
• Checking if the IP and Port was correct.
• Checking if the Neoforge Version, the Minecraft Version, and the Mods' Versions were correct.
• Turning off VPN's.
• Turning off Windows Firewall.
• Using Direct Connect.
• Using the raw IP adress instead of the Server's Subdomain.
• Flushing DNS in CMD.
• Checking if any of the Mods installed were causing either the Server to break or the Client to lose connection (some were, but we fixed all of those issues and the "Pinging…" text kept appearing.)
