I’m following Modded warfare’s instructions but I’m not able to connect to the internet to access the site

Followed his instructions (except I'm using wifi, not lan cable) and set the DNS. Just as he said, updates are blocked, ps store is blocked and user's guide redirects me, but even tho the "connect to the internet" checkmark is marked, i can't connect.

I can't access the link on the internet browser like he did in the video, says that "cannot connect to the server".

I tried the other DNS he recommended, but it gave me the same problem, and even tried restarting.
