Can someone help with infinite loading screen on escape from tarkov arena?

So I recently upgraded the wifi router with my ISP. Before I did that, I could play arena perfectly fine. Now the game won't load past the start screen. I tried all the usual fixes like Uninstaller and installing the game, restarting everything, deleting the roaming data, I changed the dns server to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4, I enabled the PNP, and I flushed the DNS. Idk what else to do and am looking for some help on getting this game to work. Oh and I made sure it was whitelisted in my defender.
