Anyone with a panel who can help

So I have a panel and my own domain. I deleted my domain and readded it.

I now can see the My VPN Apps URL.

I have put the new nameservers into the DNS area of name cheap.

I then take the M3U URL put it into the playlist section of tivi mate then the problem hits. It basically says check your internet connection.

I have tried sticking the URL into a browser but it says site can't be reached.

I have tried with VPN on and off, same result.

Any help appreciated
