I’ve only been using AdGuard since around Sept 13, but Akamai Technologies already shows 530,000+ requests.
Apple is only ~58k, WhatsApp ~14k, Spotify ~7k, etc.
When I open Akamai, I mostly see Apple-related domains like push-apple.com, ls-apple.com, itunes.apple.com, plus akadns.net / akamai.net.
The annoying part is I can’t really filter further once I select the company — no breakdown by hostname count, client/device, blocked vs allowed, etc., just recent activity.
Is 530k in about a week normal for Akamai/CDN aggregation, or could something be stuck in a DNS retry loop? Anyone seen similar numbers?
EDIT: It would be really useful if AdGuard let us filter company statistics further — for example by domain, device/client, request type, blocked/allowed, and time period. Right now the aggregate number is interesting, but it’s hard to investigate what actually caused it, out of 530.000+ requests I can see just the very recent ones from the last couple of hours.
