Using a vivo iQOO 13 5G. Need help to start degoogling

I want to degoogle because I really hate Google, meta and all their invasive "privacy" stuff but my phone relies so heavily on Google I have no idea where to begin. Tried to disable Google Play Services and I couldn't use most of my daily apps for necessary communication and travel like WhatsApp, Uber, etc. I'm not very tech-savvy, so please help me out. 🙏 All guidance would be greatly appreciated.

So far I have created my own pack (NOT PROMOTING) to follow, which I am doing my utmost to stick to but given that I can't exactly replace Google in my phone easily it's hard. Here it is. I've also switched to ProtonVPN, ProtonMail, and ProtonPass since I bought the Proton Unlimited package. What else should I be doing?
