Is it worth the switch to Primcast?

I'm on a tight budget and I run a canadian business, and my customers are located in Ontario Canada.

Currently I rent a server through Nocix (from Kansas) at $9 USD a month. Its a 2-core 2.66GHz processor with 4G ram and 250GB storage and 100mbps bandwidth unmetered.

I optimized my website and back-end services greatly so no issue there.

The main issue is the TTFB (Time to first byte). I test it with Google Pagespeed Insights. For a desktop its 0.29s but for mobile its 0.85s (which according to some tools is bad). The LCP for mobile is under 2s.

I see that Primcast has a server in New York (which is 1/2 the distance to me as Nocix is).

They want to charge $13 USD /month for setup plus $5 USD /month minimum.

Although Primcast has more cores (4) than what my current server has (2), the speed is smaller (1.1-1.8Ghz) compared to what I have now (2.6Ghz).

Having said all that, and provided I make no changes to my website before and after the server switch, will my TTFB drop greatly for mobile?

If so, then I would consider switching to Primcast.

The only things I would run on the server in each case is SSH, postfix/dovecot Email, FTP, DNS server, and apache with SSL while blocking out all other ports from bots.
