So monday i wanted to buy a .com domain, since majority of sites are foreign i couldn't buy one because my CTI is out of funds, so i said why not ATI ? I'll pay them in dinars (37 dinars), they asked me to submit my ID card which i did monday, tuesday wednesday, my account didn't get approved so i can't buy the domain, after calling their support for 2 days i finally got someone to answer saying "it's not my job to resolve domain name issues" so i told that i am waiting for 48 hours and i'll be paying them money so he answered " we have a lot of work and you're not a priority .
So after a quick search i found out that i can pay OVH in dinars a bought a .com domain with 37 dinars (same price as ATI) BUT yo my surprise they offered me a basic web hosting and a professional email address for free ! How long it took me ? 10 minutes ! Only 10 minutes.
I've checked my ATI account and it's not verified yet ! ! !
Thank you ATI for proving me once again that tunisian establishment and IT are parallel lines that shall never meet.
