TP-Link router going to sites I didn’t request, every few minutes

Every few 5-7 minutes or so, my TP-Link Archer Axe75 router keeps calling out to websites that I'm not trying to go to.

I only know this because it's showing up in the logs of my custom DNS.

I already did a factory reset, but it started happening again as soon as I turned it back on.

All my connected clients have names, but when I check the logs for Unidentified Devices it goes to:

netflix.com
ebay.com
linkedin.com
wikipedia.com
tp-link.com
reddit.com
google.com

At first I thought this might be coming from the streaming device on my tv, but it happens even when I unplug that completely. I never go to ebay for anything, and certainly not every few minutes.

Does this mean I'm part of a botnet? Is this a problem? Should I be worried?
